From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
I've mentioned in previous newsletters that April is Stress Awareness Month, so you may already be taking a special interest in stress management this month. But did you know that April is National Humor Month as well? The fact that both of these observances fall within the month of April makes it the perfect time to really focus on managing stress by bringing a little more fun into your life, and by learning how to laugh at the stressors you face in life. In the subject line I promised 10 ways to laugh more--and they're included in the second article below. However, I'm actually delivering many more strategies than that so you can really laugh in the face of stress from this month on. Join us on Facebook and Twitter for ongoing ideas, and share your thoughts as well! Happy April! --Elizabeth
