Two clients were chatting as they were leaving the studio one day, discussing the beginning of the school year:

Client 1: "I'm really going to miss my kids when school starts."
Client 2: [Laughing] "Oh," wiping her eyes, "That's a good one."
Client 1: [Frowning] "No, really. I'm going to miss them. Aren't you going to miss your kids?"
Client 2: [Looking away, guilty] "Of course I am. I mean...oh, who am I kidding? No, not really."

Whatever your feelings are, back to school is a jarring time for many of us because it isn't just back to school for the kids...it's back to the old exercise routine, too.

At least there isn't a final exam at the end, right?

Or...is there?
