I've recently been watching the HBO series "Weight of the Nation", about the obesity epidemic. In one sequence, they asked people what diets they'd tried, and a long series of people said "Atkins", and then one woman said she got tired of eating chicken tenders morning, noon, and night! I said to the screen, "Lordy, woman, no wonder you didn't stick with it!" There is certainly no reason to be bored eating low-carb food! Have a great week, and try some new delicious foods while you're at it! Laura
