Homemade Sugar-Free Beverages
Here are lots of ideas for making sugar-free beverages at home.

By the way, are you still drinking sugary drinks? Did you know that a can of soda or bottle of lemonade or iced tea usually has about 10 teaspoons of sugar? The 20 oz bottles are even worse. Check out why you should Stop Drinking Sugary Drinks.

Sugar-Free Sports Drinks
I'm sure you've figured out by now how much sugar is commercial sports drinks. Is this necessary? What else is in sports drinks? I take sports drinks apart, look at the ingredients, and then put them back together for low-carbers.
