Because June is "Rebuild Your Life" Month, and because summer is coming up, this is the perfect time to make a few lifestyle changes that can bring big stress relief. This is the week for a fresh start. (In fact, if you are particularly busy this week, with a deadline at work or kids finishing school, I encourage you to save this newsletter and come back to it in a week or two when you have time.
