From Daniel More, MD, your Guide to Allergies
I see patients everyday in my clinic who are allergic to their pets. It's amazing to me how many of these people don't even want to know if they're allergic to their furry friend. However, there are many ways to reduce allergy symptoms by taking a few steps to reduce exposure to pet dander. Ultimately, it's up to the owner of the pet to decide if their allergy symptoms, or taking allergy medicines in order to control them, is a worthwhile trade-off to keep the pet in the home. Do you have a tip that you've found helps to reduce your allergy symptoms and keep your pet? Share your story today.
