If you've ever missed a workout (or several workouts), then you've probably experienced that sinking feeling of guilt that causes internal name-calling, mental butt-kicking and other psychologically violent reactions. Guilt can be motivating at times, but when you take it too far, it becomes a constant drain on your energy, leaving you precious little to get yourself back on track.
