I got my first job in sex in 1987. Since that first job, which involved listening to people talk about their sex lives for as long as they wanted, without any ability to extricate myself from the conversation, I've listened to thousands of people ask questions about sex. While I'm not willing to offer any succinct answers about the meaning of sex (since I don't think they exist, and whenever anyone gives you one, check your wallet, because they're usually trying to sell you something) there are absolutely things I've learned about listening to sex questions. Listening to Questions About Sex
When people ask me questions about sex, I listen very carefully. Despite being saturated in sexual imagery, and often encouraged to spew our sexual guts in ways that aren't always safe, the truth is that none of us are encouraged to talk honestly about sex or to expose our sexual fears and sexual desires in a simple and unguarded way.
