Exercising at home presents a number of problems, not the least of which is how to force yourself into the workout room when there are so many other, more important things you have to do. After all, your favorite TV show isn't going to watch itself now, is it?

Another issue is figuring out what to do once you do enter your home gym. This is especially problematic when your 'home gym' is actually your living room and your 'workout equipment' consists of a pair of shoes and a floor.

Lucky for you, shoes and a floor are all you really need for exercise. And, you can even watch your favorite TV show while you exercise. It just doesn't get any better than that, does it?
