How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
July is officially named "Anti-Boredom Month," which makes it the perfect time to add some extra excitement and challenge to your days. You may eliminate boredom by adding some exciting activities or some life-affirming ones, by trying something new, or by making changes to your routine to create a more enjoyable job experience. What you do will depend on what you may need in your life, so I am including several resources to help you to get from where you are to where you want to be, with less boredom and more of what you want in life. You can get more on our Facebook Page (don't forget to "like" it or you'll miss the updates to your wall), and enjoy your week, and the month ahead! --Elizabeth
