If you've been dealing with crazy hot weather for the past week, you've probably uttered the same word the rest of us have in response to any weather-related query: Uuuggghhh. Or perhaps you said something more colorful and/or profane.

Either way, this summer has already presented some difficulties with exercise because, well, if standing outside and breathing is exhausting, none of us want to find out what would happen if we tried moving around out there.

That doesn't mean you get to skip your workouts, though. It just means you may need to move your workouts inside for a bit...Sorry about that.
