Remember when you were in your 20s and you had so much energy, you could stay up all night and then go right to school or work the next day? And remember how it never crossed your mind that there would come a day when you wouldn't be able to do that without feeling like you spent the night being dragged behind a speeding truck on a pitted, potholed highway?

If you're well past your 20s, that day may have come and gone. But that doesn't meant there aren't incredibly wonderful things that happen when we get older. And, it doesn't mean we can't meet our bodies exactly where they are right now, even if those bodies are a little older.

And really, what's so great about staying up all night anyway, right?
