| Eggs are wonderful all year long but they are particularly delicious, it seems, around Easter time. If you eat low fat, you may be wondering if it's OK to include eggs in your diet. Unless your doctor says you shouldn't, the answer is yes. Often it's what we add to our eggs that causes problems -- bacon, cheese, sour cream, and so on.
