Some people are saying that for most mammals, the primary energy source is fats. For example, the microbes in the guts of cows convert a lot of cellulose to fats, so that cows end up getting 60-80% of their energy from them! I looked into this claim, and what I found was pretty interesting. | Low-Carb Vegetable List Which vegetables are the lowest (or highest) in carbs?
