Last week was pretty busy, sandwiched between a big conference and the Low-Carb Cruise (where I am right now!) I wasn't able to get out a full report of the Obesity Conference, so I decided to write about a theme that several of the speakers touched on: managing weight loss expectations. I think this is an important subject for many of us. Have a great week! I hope I see many of you on the cruise, but if not, maybe next year! Laura

How Much Weight Loss to Expect?
How much weight loss is reasonable to expect in the long term? This is something I will be writing much more about in the future, but I take a stab at an introduction to the topic. Basically, there is a LOT of variation in weight loss, and it's a lucky few that really hit the jackpot (and the ones I know who have done it are eating low-carb!)
