Having support is crucial if you're trying to lose weight. For example, it's much easier to enjoy a healthy dinner of grilled lettuce leaves and high fiber tree bark if your spouse doesn't walk in the door with a hot, steaming bucket of KFC.

It's always nice when you can blame someone else for your problems, but the best support you can find will always come from you. Supporting yourself means setting up an environment that makes it easy (or, at least, easier) to workout and eat right.

Unfortunately, nowhere does KFC enter into that equation. Sorry about that.
