The nice thing about using yoga to tone up is that even if you are trying to work your arms out, most of the poses you'll do stretch and strengthen the rest of your body as well.

Work Your Arms Out
Weight-bearing poses like plank and side plank help to strengthen the arms. Throw in some chaturanga push-ups in preparation for tank-top season.

Dolphin Push-Ups
If you still want more push-ups, this exercise works the shoulders, as well as the upper back.

Handstand!
The ultimate weight-bearing pose. If balancing in handstand seems a long way off, you can still get a lot out of doing the pose at the wall.

Pose of the Week - Half Lotus - Ardha Padmasana
If you struggle with full lotus position, you should try sitting in half lotus instead. Full lotus can be pretty intense on the knees and hips, so taking half lotus is a good alternative, especially if you are going to be seated for a long time.
