| | It's not often that you see the participants of a study followed for what is truly a long period of time. Of course, the averages tend to get watered down as people migrate away from the original diet. Still, I'm going to sit up and take notice when there is a 6-year followup on any diet study and see what can be gleaned from it. Have a great week!
