Can't Lose Weight? Yeah, It's Hard

Do you feel like you try and try and try and try and you just can't lose weight?  If you do, you're probably wondering why, why, why??

Well, I can't really answer that which, I know, is my job...but, the answer is different for all of us.  Which is why I have a bunch of reasons you may not be losing weight.  And no, it isn't because you suck.

Weight loss is a complicated business, which is why it's harder than we think it is. So what's holding you back?  It may be time to examine what you're doing a little more closely to see if you can figure it out.
