How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
Many of us lost an hour earlier this week through daylight saving time, and may have been thrown off. This just illuminates an issue many people are already experiencing: the feeling of being too busy, and wishing we had at least one more hour in the day. While I can't give you 25 hour-days, I can provide you with resources to help you make the most of your 24, and perhaps make some changes that'll help you feel like you have an extra hour, which is the next-best thing! The following resources can help you find more time in your schedule. Additionally, as St. Patrick's Day approaches, I've included resources on finding your own luck, on St. Patty's day and every day! I also invite you to join me on Facebook (be sure to "like" the page!) and follow me on Twitter. Enjoy your week! -Elizabeth

Find Time For Yourself
Often when we wish for more time in the day, we mean more time (sometimes any time) for ourselves. Here is more on why that's important, and how to carve out the extra time in your schedule.

Don't Forget To Sleep!
You may be tired already, so 'forgetting' to sleep might not be an issue, but finding time for sleep could be a challenge in itself, especially this week. Here are some tips on sleep, power naps, and finding balance.

Make Your Own Luck
When I was younger, I saw St. Patrick's Day as a day to look for leprechauns, chase rainbows, and search for the elusive four-leaf clover that would bring me extra luck. As an adult, I've recognized that it's possible to create my own luck. Here are some strategies to feel--and become--more lucky in life!
