Introducing some movement to the shoulders is also a good way to loosen up. Plus, they just feel good. There's also a version that can be done standing against a wall, which is nice during pregnancy. | Cat - Cow in a Chair You can even do this stretch while seated in a chair. Are you sitting in front of your computer right now? Then try it! | Pose of the Week - Standing Split And now for something completely different! Have you ever tried standing split with your lifted leg going up the wall? It's a fun way to really open up the extension of the pose, and can even lead you in the direction of hanumanasana.
