How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
Being a busy mom myself, I understand and sympathize with the plight of busy moms everywhere. I've found that 'busy mom' is almost a redundant term, in that virtually all moms I know are busy, and that probably won't change with a few articles from me.
