I'm seeing more and more fresh sweet corn in the grocery store. But I prefer to wait for fresh corn to be at the local farmers markets and the roadside vegetable stands. Read more

Energy Density
Foods that are energy dense have more calories per weight than foods that have a low energy density. Knowing how energy density works may help you manage your weight because starting a meal with high fiber or watery foods takes up more space in your belly so you take in fewer calories from the more energy dense main meal.
