Parents, Kids, and Your Inner Child

Parents are some of the most stressed readers I have, for several reasons. First, we all want to do what's best for our kids, and the thought of possibly failing them can keep us up at night.  Second, parenting can take a lot of resources (both physical and emotional), which can make it challenging to meet our own self-care needs at times.  And also--let's face it--kids can be challenging to deal with at times.  Here are some stress relief resources for parents, kids (who face stresses of their own), and those who just want to stay connected with their inner child (which is all of us, on some level, I think).  Enjoy your week!!
