How Much Protein Should You Eat?
What is protein? How much protein do we need? Is it possible to eat too much protein? These are important questions for people following a low-carb way of eating, who usually are replacing part of their carbohydrate intake with protein. I've recently revised and updated this information. Also check out this list of high-protein foods and the amount of protein in each. Also, my computer science major daughter has helped me develop these new calculators to help you know how much protein you should eat.
