This week is National Sleep Awareness Week, which brings up the importance of getting the right amount and the right quality of sleep. While sleep affects our health in many ways, sleep is closely linked to stress--unmanaged stress can impact sleep, and vice versa. Today is the day to read up on sleep and find strategies for combating stress-related sleep issues (most of us lose sleep due to stress at one time or another!), so you'll be able to take care of yourself, build resilience, and function at your best from now on! --Elizabeth
